According to the latest information, the Mahindra XUV 7XO launch date in India is set for 5th January 2026. Mahindra has already released teaser that hint at a refreshed look and enhanced cabin experience. While the overall platform remains familiar, the XUV 7XO aims to feel more modern and advanced than the current XUV700.
Mahindra has officially opened pre-bookings for the all-new Mahindra XUV 7XO. If you are interested, you can pre-book the Mahindra XUV 7XO online through the official Mahindra website or by visiting their nearest Mahindra dealership. This upcoming SUV is the successor to the popular Mahindra XUV700, and it will arrive with noticeable design updates along with several new premium features.
In terms of pricing, the Mahindra XUV 7XO expected price is likely to be slightly higher than the existing XUV700. This price increase is expected due to the addition of new features, updated interior technology, and design improvements. However, the company has not yet revealed the official price, and more details are expected closer to the launch.

Talking about design, the Mahindra XUV 7XO is expected to feature a refreshed exterior with a more futuristic appearance. As seen in the teaser, the SUV gets new 7-shaped LED daytime running lights (DRLs), a revised front styling, and freshly designed alloy wheels, giving it a more premium road presence while still maintaining the bold SUV stance Mahindra is known for.
Mechanically, the Mahindra XUV 7XO will remain unchanged from the current XUV700, which is good news for performance-focused buyers. The SUV is expected to come with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 197 bhp and 380 Nm of torque, along with the reliable 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine, offering strong performance, smooth highway cruising, and everyday driving comfort.
The biggest upgrades are expected inside the cabin, where the Mahindra XUV 7XO interior is likely to carry premium features inspired by the Mahindra XEV 9S. The SUV may offer a triple-screen dashboard layout that includes a 10.25-inch digital driver display, a 12.3-inch central infotainment touchscreen, and a 12.3-inch co-driver side screen, creating a highly modern and tech-focused cabin experience.
In addition to this, the Mahindra XUV 7XO is expected to offer features such as a new smart key fob, auto parking system, ventilated seats for both front and rear passengers, electrically adjustable seats with memory function, a large panoramic sunroof, multi-zone climate control, ambient cabin lighting, and advanced connected car and mobile features, making it one of the most feature-rich SUVs in its segment.
