Reports suggest that Skoda may replace the current 6-speed automatic gearbox with a smoother and more advanced 8-speed automatic transmission, which could improve driving comfort and overall performance.
The second engine option is the more powerful 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, delivering 150hp. This engine is expected to continue with the popular 7-speed dual-clutch (DSG) automatic gearbox, along with a manual transmission option.
