Kia Motors has expanded its Syros lineup in India with the launch of the new Kia Syros HTK (EX) variant, priced at Rs 9.89 lakh (ex-showroom). This newly introduced trim is positioned above the standard HTK variant and brings several premium features, making the Syros range more attractive for buyers looking for modern design and value for money.
What’s New in the Kia Syros HTK (EX)?
The biggest highlight of the Kia Syros HTK (EX) is its updated exterior styling. This variant now comes with all-new LED vertical headlights along with LED DRLs, giving the SUV a more premium and bold road presence. These design upgrades help the HTK (EX) stand out clearly from the lower trims.

Engine and Performance Details
Both petrol and diesel engines are available with manual and automatic gearbox options, giving buyers the flexibility to choose according to their driving preference.
Mechanically, the Kia Syros HTK (EX) variant remains unchanged, which is a good thing as it continues to offer reliable and powerful engine options. The petrol version is powered by a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 118 bhp and 172 Nm of torque. On the other hand, the diesel variant uses a 1.5-litre engine delivering 114 bhp and 250 Nm of peak torque.

Features and Safety Offered in HTK (EX) Variant
In terms of features, the Kia Syros HTK (EX) offers a strong package. It borrows several features from higher trims, making it a great value option. The SUV comes with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, ensuring seamless smartphone connectivity.
Other key features include six speakers, a semi-digital driver’s display, and a single-pane sunroof, which adds to the cabin’s premium feel. Comfort is enhanced with manual air conditioning with rear vents, while convenience features include a rear parking camera and powered ORVMs with auto-fold function and LED turn indicators.
