Tata Punch EV Facelift Launched in India Price Started at Rs. 9.69 Lakh and 468 KM Range on Single Charge

Tata Motors has officially launched the all-new Tata Punch EV Facelift in India at an introductory price of Rs. 9.69 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated electric SUV comes with major improvements in design, features, and battery performance. With a claimed 468 km range on a single charge, the new Punch EV facelift aims to become one of the most attractive electric SUVs in its segment.

Tata Punch EV Facelift What’s New?

The introductory price of the Tata Punch EV Facelift starts at Rs. 9.69 lakh (ex-showroom). Tata is offering the model in two battery options, Medium Range (MR) – 30kWh battery pack and Long Range (LR) – 40kWh battery pack. Tata Punch EV facelift revised the colour palate including, Fearless Yellow, Bengal Rouge, Caramel, Empowered Oxide, Pure Grey, Supernova Copper and Pristine White.

The Tata Punch EV facelift gets noticeable cosmetic upgrades that give it a more premium and futuristic look. The front fascia has been redesigned, making the SUV look sharper and more aggressive. It now features grey body cladding all around, which enhances its rugged appeal. At the rear, Tata has added new LED tail lights along with a stylish LED light bar, giving the electric SUV a modern signature look, especially at night.

The Tata Punch EV facelift comes equipped with a new 40kWh battery pack that is paired with a single electric motor. This updated setup delivers an impressive ARAI-certified range of 468km on a full charge, while the real-world C75 range stands at around 355km. It also supports 65kW DC fast charging, allowing the battery to charge from 20% to 80% in just 26 minutes. Additionally, a quick 15-minute charge can add up to 135km of driving range. Tata is offering the Punch EV in two battery options — the 30kWh version is called the Medium Range (MR), while the 40kWh version is known as the Long Range (LR).

When it comes to features, the facelifted Tata Punch EV gets several upgrades to enhance comfort and convenience. It now comes with a new HVAC panel with automatic climate control and an illuminated charging status indicator for better visibility while charging. The SUV offers three drive modes – Eco, City, and Sport – along with four regenerative braking modes that can be adjusted using paddle shifters.

Inside, the cabin features a dual-tone dashboard and upholstery, redesigned window control buttons, ventilated front seats, a voice-assisted sunroof, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. On the safety front, the Punch EV comes equipped with six airbags as standard, along with ABS with EBD, ESP, Hill Start Assist (HSA), and i-TPMS for added driver confidence.
