BharatBenz has strengthened its presence in Eastern India with the inauguration of a new authorized dealership in Raniganj, West Burdwan district, West Bengal. The new facility has been launched in partnership with Agile Trucking and aims to enhance sales, service, and spares support in southern West Bengal.
This expansion marks another important step for BharatBenz as it continues to grow its commercial vehicle network across high-demand industrial and infrastructure regions.
Strategic Location to Support Industrial Growth
The newly inaugurated BharatBenz dealership is strategically located on NH2, one of West Bengal’s key national highways. It is approximately 20 kilometers from Andal Domestic Airport, making it easily accessible for customers and fleet operators.
The dealership will primarily serve the industrial hubs of Durgapur, Raniganj, and Asansol. These areas have strong demand from captive fleet operators, railway sidings, mining sectors, and construction-led logistics companies. With increasing infrastructure development and freight movement in West Bengal, this facility will provide much-needed support to transport businesses.
Modern 3S Facility with 24×7 Operations
The Raniganj dealership is a state-of-the-art 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) facility spread across 85,000 square feet. It operates 24×7 to ensure maximum vehicle uptime for customers. Key highlights of the facility include:
- 12 service bays
- 4 accident repair bays
- 4 Mobile Reach Vans (MRVs) for on-road assistance
- 65 trained professionals
- Capacity to service over 500 vehicles per month
This setup ensures faster service turnaround, efficient repairs, and reliable after-sales support for BharatBenz truck owners in the region.

In West Bengal alone, BharatBenz currently operates 11 service workshops. The company plans to add 5 more touchpoints in the state by 2026. Additionally, a new Regional Training Centre (RTC) will be established in Kolkata by Q4 2026. This training centre will help develop skilled engineers for dealerships, further improving customer service experience.
All BharatBenz touchpoints in South Bengal are strategically located along major highways, ensuring quick logistics support and faster response times for fleet operators.
