Hero MotoCorp has revealed a design patent that would be for the upcoming Hero Xpulse 421. In this patent image, an air-cooled engine is shown without an oil cooler. It is likely to get a 150-200cc engine. This image also shows a Kickstarter lever. Overall, the patent image design is similar to the Hero Xtreme 125R/Xpulse 210. Hero MotoCorp has not confirmed any launch plan. The company has confirmed that it will launch the Xpulse 421 adventure, which is expected to officially debut at EICMA 2026.
