Suzuki Motorcycle India has officially entered the electric two-wheeler space with the launch of its all-new electric scooter, the Suzuki e-Access, priced at Rs. 1.88 lakh (ex-showroom). This marks an important step for Suzuki as it expands its popular scooter lineup into the EV segment after the huge success of models like the Access 125, Burgman 125, and Avenis 125. The Suzuki e-Access was first showcased at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025, and now it is finally available for customers across India.

Suzuki e-Access Bookings and Availability

Bookings for the Suzuki e-Access electric scooter are now open at authorised Suzuki dealership showrooms. Interestingly, Suzuki has also partnered with Flipkart, allowing customers to book the e-Access online, making the buying process simple and convenient. This move is expected to attract young urban buyers who prefer online purchasing along with trusted showroom support.

Suzuki e-Access Features and Technology

Suzuki e-Access Battery, Range and Charging

Powering the Suzuki e-Access is a 51.2V Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, which is known for better safety, durability, and long life. The fixed battery pack has a capacity of 60 Ah or 3.072 kWh. The electric motor produces a maximum power output of 4.1 kW and a peak torque of 15 Nm, delivering smooth and responsive performance for daily commuting.

Suzuki has focused heavily on ride quality, offering synchronised throttle response, smooth pickup, and constant power delivery even at low battery levels. This ensures a stress-free riding experience, especially in stop-and-go city traffic.

As per AIS 040 certification, the Suzuki e-Access offers a claimed range of 95 km on a single charge, making it ideal for everyday urban use. The energy consumption stands at 39 Wh per km, which reflects its efficiency.

The scooter supports off-board charging with a single-phase AC supply of 200–240V. Using the portable charger, the battery charges from 0 to 80 percent in about 4 hours and 30 minutes, while a full charge takes approximately 6 hours and 42 minutes under standard conditions. With a fast charger, charging time is significantly reduced, as 0 to 80 percent takes just 1 hour and 12 minutes, and 0 to 100 percent is completed in 2 hours and 12 minutes.
