The Vida Ubex electric bike has taken a big step forward as its design has now been patented in India. This electric supermoto motorcycle was earlier showcased at EICMA 2025, one of the world’s biggest motorcycle exhibitions. With this patent filing, it is clear that Vida is serious about bringing the Ubex closer to production in the Indian market.
The Vida Ubex stands out as a modern electric motorcycle that mixes sporty design with everyday usability. Compared to the earlier concept, the patented version looks more practical and road-friendly. The patented design of the Vida Ubex electric supermoto shows several important changes. The earlier aggressive elements have been toned down to give the bike a more conventional and usable look.

The angular front beak has been removed, and the chunky USD fork is no longer present. In their place, the bike now gets a more traditional headlight setup with a projector beam, which not only looks cleaner but should also offer better visibility. The suspension has also been simplified, as the USD fork has been replaced by a right-way-up telescopic fork, making the bike more practical for daily use.
