KTM India has increased the price of the KTM RC 160 in India. This entry-level sport bike’s price increased by Rs. 15,000; now it costs Rs. 2.00 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. But still, the RC 160 gets things like traction control, a quick shifter, and a TFT screen, which is good at this price point. After increasing the price of this RC 160, it gets closer to its sibling by just paying Rs. 32,000 more the KTM RC 200 which continues with Rs. 2.32 lakh (ex-showroom).
customer might choose the RC 200 over the RC 160. The KTM RC 160 comes with a 164.2 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which produces around 18 bhp at 9,500 rpm and 15 Nm torque at 7,500 rpm, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission with a top speed of 118 kmph.

The RC 160 is a strong rival of the Yamaha YZF R15 V4 priced at Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom) in India, It comes with a 155 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 18.1 bhp at 10,000 rpm and 14.2 Nm torque at 7,500 rpm.
