The upcoming Renault Kwid Facelift has been spotted testing on roads, and the latest spy shots clearly suggest that the popular entry-level hatchback is getting ready for an update. The test mule logo and tail lamps was wrapped in camouflage, which hints that design changes are on the way. While Renault has not officially confirmed the launch date, reports suggest that the updated model could arrive in 2026.
Renault Kwid Facelift Expected Features

In the recently spied images, the rear section of the car was covered with camouflage wrap, particularly around the Renault logo and tail lamps. This usually means that the company is working on updated lighting elements or a slightly redesigned rear profile. Minor tweaks to the bumper and grille are also expected to give the hatchback a fresher look. Although the front and side profile were not fully visible, small cosmetic updates are likely to enhance its road presence.

Inside Renault Kwid facelift cabin it is expected to be offer a bigger touchscreen infotainment system and new digital instrument cluster could also be introduced, making the interior look more premium and modern.
Under the hood, there are no major changes expected. The Renault Kwid facelift will most likely continue with the same 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine. This engine produces 65bhp of power and 96Nm of torque and it will continue to be offered with a five-speed manual transmission (MT) and a five-speed AMT gearbox option.
