Triumph Motorcycles has officially unveiled the all-new Triumph Tracker 400 in the UK, and the bike is expected to make its way to India very soon. With this launch, Triumph is further strengthening its growing 400cc motorcycle lineup, which already includes popular models like the Triumph Speed 400 and Triumph Thruxton 400. The new Tracker 400 is aimed at riders who love a classic café racer style with modern technology and strong performance.
Triumph Tracker 400 Design
The Triumph Tracker 400 is based on the existing Triumph Thruxton 400, but it comes with a more minimal and stylish café racer-inspired design. At first glance, the bike looks clean, bold, and eye-catching, making it a perfect choice for riders who prefer retro-styled motorcycles. Triumph Tracker 400 comes in a 3 vibrant color options like Aluminium Silver, Racing Silver and Phantom Black. It features a slim fuel tank, café racer-style seat with a rear cowl, and a sharp overall profile that gives it an old-school yet premium look. The all-LED lighting setup further enhances its modern appeal while keeping the classic character intact.

Triumph Tracker 400 Suspension and Braking
The Triumph Tracker 400 is built on a hybrid perimeter steel frame, which offers a good balance of strength and handling. The suspension setup includes upside-down front forks and at rear gas-charged monoshock, ensuring a comfortable ride on both city roads and highways.
For braking, the bike comes equipped with disc brakes on both wheels, supported by dual-channel ABS as standard. This setup provides strong stopping power and adds an extra layer of safety. The bike also rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, contributing to its sporty stance and stable road grip.
Despite its retro design, the Triumph Tracker 400 does not miss out on modern features like it offers full-LED lighting, a semi-digital instrument cluster, ride-by-wire throttle, traction control, and dual-channel ABS as standard. These features make the bike beginner-friendly while also appealing to experienced riders who want advanced riding support.

Triumph Tracker 400 India Launch Expectations
Regarding the Triumph Tracker 400 India launch, there is growing interest, but pricing could be influenced by recent GST-related changes. Reports suggest that Bajaj, Triumph’s partner in India, is working on a new 350cc engine to meet revised GST regulations. If this happens, a 350cc version of the Tracker could be considered for the Indian market to keep prices competitive.
