The 2026 Suzuki Gixxer 250, which is the naked streetfighter version, also benefits from new colour choices. Suzuki now offers it in Pearl Glacier White with Metallic Mat Platinum Silver No.2, Metallic Triton Blue with Glass Sparkle Black, and Glass Sparkle Black. These new paint options give the bike a more muscular and modern appearance, making it stand out on city roads as well as highways.

In terms of performance, both the Suzuki Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250 continue to use the same proven engine. They are powered by a 249cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine with SOHC architecture. This engine produces 26.5 PS of power at 9,300 rpm and 22.2 Nm of torque at 7,300 rpm, delivering smooth acceleration and strong mid-range performance. The motor is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox, which makes highway cruising comfortable and city riding easy.
Suzuki has equipped both models with Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology and the Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS). These technologies help in improving fuel efficiency, maintaining engine temperature, and ensuring long-term durability. Fuel injection comes as standard, and an electric starter ensures hassle-free daily use.

The ride and handling setup of the 2026 Suzuki Gixxer range remains unchanged. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic front forks and a rear swingarm suspension, offering a good balance between comfort and sporty handling. Braking performance is taken care of by disc brakes at both the front and rear, providing confident stopping power. The bikes ride on cast alloy wheels fitted with a 110/70 R17 tyre at the front and a wider 150/60 R17 tyre at the rear, ensuring good grip and stability during spirited riding.
There is a slight difference in kerb weight between the two models. The Gixxer SF 250 weighs 161 kg, while the Gixxer 250 weighs 156 kg, making the naked version slightly easier to handle in city traffic. Both motorcycles come with a 12-litre fuel tank, which is practical for daily commuting as well as weekend rides. Suzuki claims a mileage of around 35 to 36 km/l, which is quite impressive for a performance-focused 250cc bike.
