Mahindra has officially launched the Mahindra Thar Roxx Star Edition in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 16.85 lakh. This new Star Edition is an updated and more premium version of the Thar Roxx, focusing on stylish design updates, added comfort features, and advanced technology, while keeping the same powerful engine options. The highlight of this launch is the brand-new Citrine Yellow colour, which gives the SUV a bold and fresh road presence.
One of the biggest attractions of the Mahindra Thar Roxx Star Edition is the newly introduced Citrine Yellow paint option along with it also gets Tango Red, Stealth Black and Everest White. This colour enhances the SUV’s ruggedness, the Star Edition is designed as a more aesthetically enhanced version of the standard Roxx.
Thar Roxx Star Edition Engine
Mechanically, the Thar Roxx Star Edition remains unchanged, Mahindra continues to offer reliable and powerful engine options the 2.0-litre TGDi petrol engine produces 176 bhp and 380 Nm of torque and is available only with an automatic transmission and the 2.2-litre diesel engine delivers 172 bhp and up to 400 Nm of torque and is offered with both manual and automatic gearbox options. All Star Edition variants come with rear-wheel drive (RWD).
